Since 2011, our factory in China's wire mesh manufacturing cluster has shipped woven nickel electrode substrates, knitted PTL mesh, and Ni200/Ni201 lead wire to electrolyzer OEMs and electrode coaters across 42 countries. ISO 9001:2015 certified. Every reel documented to ASTM B456, ASTM B162, and ISO 9044. EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate included — chemistry by OES, diameter by laser micrometer, mesh count by optical inspection, tensile by ASTM E8. If a data point is missing from the cert, the shipment stays on the dock. We learned that lesson in 2016 when a missing elongation value held up a German customer's clearance for six days. Hasn't happened since. Our biggest customer — a top-3 alkaline electrolyzer OEM — has accepted 147 consecutive lots without rejection. That's their incoming QA dashboard, which we review under our quality agreement. We run 18 rapier looms, 6 knitting machines, and 14 wire-drawing lines. Alkaline electrolysis. Chlor-alkali.
